  • Software tool
PaxDb aggregates and integrates knowledge from proteomics studies to provide a best estimate for the quantitative proteome in a functional and physiological state. It presents inter-species variation in protein abundance, serving as a reference for studies in proteomics, evolutionary biology and functional genomics as well as to compute protein abundance in user-uploaded data.

💡 PaxDb is a reference database for protein abundance across 170 species.
