  • SYFPEITHI  •  This is a tool to find out the ligation strength to a defined HLA type for a sequence of aminoacids. The algorithmus used are based on the book "MHC Ligands and Peptide Motifs" by H.G.Rammensee, J.Bachmann and S.Stevanovic.
